Yep, babysteps!

Oh I'm not a detailed kind of person either. I dislike counting calories especially *shiver*. But just as long as you know what you want to achieve does all the world for you.

Use your motivation to the max!

Aww hun dontbe intimidated by the gym! Nobody is gonna think wrong of you, if anything some of those small girls were once really big ya know. It shows you got the determination to lose the weight and nobody cant at all make fun of you for that!

Why would you wanna throw up your food? Its not a healthy thing lol. If anything just balance it all out with water and work it off. The purging is an addiction and then that leads to being bulimic. Well not over eating i usually just look at something that will remind me I need to lose weight.. i'm adding more fat to me then i'm burning. As for party food.. what works is instead of grabbing (lets say) a whole slice of pizza and yet there are those chicken wings ya want.. just cut them in half. You still get the same taste of what you wanted but obviously in a smaller portion then you would have with the WHOLE slice of pizza and Whole large scoops of whatever else you would add. Just think skinny.. and you'll make the right choices.

When people workout more it usually becomes just natural to them at what to eat and what to not have... the body gets healthier as well as the mind so i really suggest you hit the gym already although your walking is still just as good. Well ok i think i said a mouthful lol so take care hun and remember balance out with water if you dont wanna workout anyways <3

hm i dont think you are so silly! thanks for everything
i went for the gym today, and it worked! wasnt all that uncomftable, just at first, but reliced that people just were there for the exercise, so i just hung on all i could. towards the end my mind wanted more than my feet, but i think thats a good start anyway. little bit proud we had some balance exercises at the end, and my balance was totally off, but i have desided to make a new longtime goal: finding my inner balance and my hipbalance at the same time hopefully in the period towards x-mas

and luckely you misunderstood me my english isnt that good, i thougt binging was eating a lot and then trow up...
I just eat a lot, loosing controll and then feel bad, and eat more! make really no sence, i know!
i know trowing up is no good, and even in my darkest hours i wouldn and couldnt do that to my boddy...my soul chose this boddy for a reason i guess, i just have to find out what 'cus ive forgot. in the meantime, until i find out, i can try to make it lighter and more comftable, 'cus ive neglected it for a long while

it was a good idea...looking at something that reminds me of what im trying to do...to loose weight...hmmm, maybe i should find pictures of big people...or me LOL! hm! really good idea...

i think im so used to think: "im big, i eat a lot, nothing helps", therfore i eat...thats what i need to unlearn, and change it to learn how to eat small. difficult.but possible.patience

i know my mother is having a lot of fish and greens, and thats all good...the cakes are more of a problem, but i ll think of you, and small and skinny and maybe nxt weekend can be my first lesson in thinking small and to change for the better....instead of a disaster.

loong answer just need to get it off my chest.
and i think i have to read that reply from you many times before next weekend. it helps! it really do!
*thankfull*

hi! im doing ok. been home for my mums party this weekend = eating for 3 days. ate a lot, but not so much sweets so im ok with it. and i moved alot around, 'cus i was the one organising the switch from dinner to desserts and cakes, so mum could enjoy her friends...and i walked the fam.dog atfer dinners.so not all sitting stil    i rememered more or less thinking smaller, even if i ate a lot i had about 50% greens on my plate, 15ish% rice and 35ish%white meat and fish so its not all bad, havent gained anything , and to me thats all that matters right now.

now its good to come backe to my rutine, and start exercising again, tuesday is my first day this week

sounds good! i read this interesting article about eating at a party, they said eat what you want in the first hour and then nibble the rest of the night or days instead of depriving yourself, it kind of makes sense, because if you think about it ,sometimes the reason  we indulge is because we mainly deprive ourselves of the foods we love the most, so i guess it's like getting it out of the system and then it's all about moderation!

my mum tend to make me eat more too, but since she had all her friends over, less time to pay atention to me

nice to know article...i tried to eat normal during the day, i thought that if i wasnt hungry when the gests arrrived i wouldnt eat so much, and i think it worked..at least this weekend

take care to all of you too, so greatfull for your support!

Yes! Time flies by so fast ! Sometimes I wish time would stop so we could all finish our excercises and deadlines for work and school. But even if that were possible, we all would cease with time

And I can relate to you about not being hungry when guests are around, I tend to eat less around them too. I don't know why, maybe it's because we are in the company of others that we tend to be more polite in eating.

Don't worry about goal if you can't meet it this month , there is always the next challenge. Just do what you can :)

thank you.. i think i sometimes forget that i dont need to build Rome in one day..even if i like too! i guess im a little bit unpatient... from now on i ll try to focus more on my aerobicclases than food, i never forget to eat, but i easily forget execise so that s where i need to put all my energie.. and that wil be my oktober goal i think, and then in time...expand it!

Aww thats so great your workin out more. Deffinently big step and huge change. Behave on your eating though.. like if you get cravings drink water or step outside the house (unless ur a sucker for fast foods lol). But even if your eating well or not the important thing is your exercising so i'm sure your just fine <3
