ok up to 164.6 this morning.

Not discouraged though because my goals is to be under 160 by the beginning of next month and I have time. Didn't have a great week but that's ok there's another one just around the corner.

I haven't been doing well at all. My goal of reaching below 160 isn't going to happen this month. I weighed in today at 165. I'm on a second round of antibiotics for a tooth infection and between the throbbing in my mouth and upset stomach form the anti's I haven't been getting much exercise in.

Thanks for asking though and wish I had better news.

Wow a lot has been going on then I lost the site. I finally found it and am back and starting out with my weigh in number.

I finally made it to 159. On a good note I am also finally out of a 14 and fitting into a 12.
