I know I am jumping in the middle of the month .
I currently weigh 234.5 . To be honest I am not sure if that is right, this morning I got on the scale and it said 230.5 and I knew that was not right , so I got on a gain and it said 236.5. Why does it keep changing?

So I am going to still say 234.5 and by Feb 29th I would like to weigh 229lbs.

Well today I am at 233 Only 4 lbs to go .Not going to make it but will be close.

Minus is in allcases better than a plus! Keep going and the -results will follow!

Although in maths we didn't like minus(-) so much,

in this case minus is amazing to see and feel
