Hi Everyone! I am new to this and am looking forward to chatting with people who are trying to better their life by changing their eating habits. I started taking phentermine Oct 11, 2008. I have lost 21 lbs so far and have a long way to go to reach my goal. My goal for the month of December is to exercise atleast 30 minutes/day 3x a week. This week I exercised four days!! And as far as how much weight do I want to lose this month.... I would love 20, but realistically I will be happy with atleast 12. That would put me at 199. And to be under 200 would be fanstastic!! I haven't been under 200 in about 5 years. It will be a sweet day, because it is going to happen!!
