Bravo to you Sarum!
What is Circuit Training... lot's of running?

How is the weight loss going along with all this exercice?

Keep it up... you are inspiring me!!  I might get back to my daily 1 hour Power Walk.  Now that the sun is up early...

Thanks Elci Elci

Yeah - well it's different each time I believe (but I've only been once so far).. last time, yes it was lots of running.  We got into partners and one ran 3 sets of different lenght runs, while the other did an exercise (say situps), when the runner had finished we swapped.... then back to running again while the other did star jumps etc. etc... for 15 different exercised... then a run aound the hall, and in for round 2!...  We did all that plus running around the leisure centre 3 times and the hall 3 times - then finished off with stretching it out.

I don't have my partner next week - so a little worried about going and having to partner with someone I don't know - more worried about holding them up etc...

Weight loss is slowly but surely, so it's what's keeping me going.

Yay, glad I'm helping.    Makes it all worthwhile.

Good luck with your walking... keep going.

Been doing the usual in the gym lately, but not got around to writing it up...   lol

This morning started the week again with the cycle class.  I'm going to take it easy this week, as I have my Challenge on Friday (leaving Thursday morning).  So not sure of my plan yet, but I think Wednesday morning I might do the body combat class.  Depends on my shoulder.  I've hurt it a bit...  trying to find a comfortable way to sleep last night was hell.    Just hope it's better before I'm all cooped up on a minibus for the best part of 10 hours.  ...  and I get travel sick.    lol

Hi all..   Well I've been doing pretty good lately, lost about 10 lbs over the last 6 weeks.  Things have started slowing down again.... so I thought maybe getting back into posting my efforts might help with the incentive.

Got the 3 peaks challenge out the way - I didn't do the Half Marathon this year...  I wasn't ready, and I'm really not a runner... so don't know if I will do it again.  I've done some other great things I never thought I would.  Been caving - squeezing myself through the tiniest of spaces I never thought I'd fit though... and even been rock climbing.  Great fun.  I wonder what they will think of next for us (all things organised for us at work).  Since they keep coming up with these challenging opportunities for us, I really need to keep myself fit.  Also my band has a gig in about 3 weeks time, and this time I want to look 'hot' in my photos, lol...  so I'm hoping to get as much weight off as possible before that time.  So 21st Nov is the goal!

I'll make a start by entering in my food and exercise for today so far:...

MONDAY 2nd November 09

0600 - Weight - 185 lbs

0600 - Breakfast - Fromage Fraise - 104 Calories

0620 - 25 mins Swimming

0700 - 45 mins Spinning class

0930 - Snack - 2 x Chewie Sweets - 100 Calories

1230 - 45 mins Spinning class

1315 - 20 x Sit ups + 20 x Sit ups with 5kg weights

1720 - Dinner - 2 Cheese and Chicken Breast Rolls with Mayonnaise & Hula Hoops (OK Bad BAD choice - I have no excuses other than I needed to eat the rolls before they go stale.... Crisps - they were there!  Damn it!)

2200 - Snack - The last roll, with Cheese in it.

Hopefully will do better Tuesday!
