Time to set some changes. STARTS TUES MARCH 10th

1pt for every 8oz of water 5pts: every 10min of exercise (walking, biking, swimming, cardio, etc) 10pts: daily posting in your food diary 10pts: daily posting here in this challenge 20 pts: for every pound lost (ONLY ADD AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE - ty) 20 pts: daily for having an EXCELLENT DAY! (you be the judge) 50 pts: for each goal you reach - add at end of challenge (can be simple goals such as loose 4lbs, grow out nails, declutter a room, etc)

Please do not score for exercise done in less then 10minute. ie: If you workout for 35 minutes...do the extra 5 or only score for 30mins. Suggest you just do the extra five though!
