Time to set some changes. STARTS TUES MARCH 10th

RULES!!

Only ONE posting per day. Add up your points and let us know how your doing.

1pt for every 8oz of water
5pts: every 10min of exercise (walking, biking, swimming, cardio, etc)
10pts: daily posting in your food diary
10pts: daily posting here in this challenge
20 pts: for every pound lost (ONLY ADD AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE - ty)
20 pts: daily for having an EXCELLENT DAY! (you be the judge)
50 pts: for each goal you reach - add at end of challenge
(can be simple goals such as loose 4lbs, grow out nails, declutter a room, etc)

copy and paste this score chart. Enter in your own progress and post daily

water: 8 cups = 8 points
work out: 30min = 15 points
food diary: 10 points
challenge post: 10 pounts
excellent day: 20 points

Please do not score for exercise done in less then 10minute. ie: If you workout for 35 minutes...do the extra 5 or only score for 30mins. Suggest you just do the extra five though!

Sign your name, post your goals and join in the challenge. I just got off recovery after delivering my 3rd baby so I need a boost to get me going again. Lets have  some fun and feel better in 3 weeks!

Well Im in. I'll keep updates on the group and the score...hopefully daily.

MY GOALS:
8cups water a day.
exercise 5 days a week
Declutter my basement
loose 6 pounds (reaching 139)

I am in! i just came back......and guess what? we are the same weight!!!

I can only do a 2 1/2 week challenge as i will be in florida from the 26th to the 31st and wont have access to a computer........................

 

Goals: exercise at least 4 days a week, no treats except on the weekends, lose 5 pounds

 

starting out at : 144lbs.
