Hey, folks! Five months gone and and around 56 lbs down. I've almost reached my goal by now... Those are my new b4 and after pics:

you have every right to be happy!! congrats on all your weight loss. your body has lost it very well, you look great!!

Wearing the clothes you want is definitely the best part of it! The last jeans pants I bought before starting the diet was a size 16 US (50 in Europe), but the jeans I bought last week is a size 6 US (40 in Europe). I'm still figuring it out because it's a little confusing, you know? Seeing yourself this way when you've been seeing your chubby image your entire life...

yes if i get up the nerve, lol, i will i promise, maybe i will make it a part of my accountability, a size 6, wow!! i'll be happy w/an eight but  i'll take a six,  after i had my first boy i was a size 7, i don't know what happen.

Not a problem at all, I'll be glad to share my looking-for-a-healthy-weight routine with you.

Well, talking about diet I eat 600-700 calories a day, I eat lots of fruit, vegetable, wheat bread and meat only on the weekends. Talking about workout routine, I walk one hour 6 times a week and I step up my 10 floor-building stairs everyday.

Well, I's been like this during the last 5 months (anniversary yesterday ). I know I'm a little strict but It's important to keep the pace and set realistic goals. As I've been dieting for quite a long time I give myself a small break or a prize every time I reach one of my goals.

Hey guys!!!

Thanks a lot for your gentke words!

You know, the last pounds are the most difficult to get the rid of, I'm now 18lbs far from my goal and I have to admit that I'm kind of stucked, but I never get discouraged though...

I'm now posting a pic of how I look now (had my hair cut ;D) and sending some MP for people who asked me tips. I'm also gonna propose a challenge, if anyone gets interested send me a PM!

Thanks again people and remember: the journey is long but the satisfaction by the end of it is unmeasurable!
