you look ABSOLUTELY stunning! wow check you out!
i was wondering what your 'menu' looks like?
i read in a reply to a post that you said you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables + wheat bread and only eat meat over the weekend;
how about soups and such? what do your breakfasts/lunchs/dinners and in-between snacks look like?
i'll appreciate any help you can throw my way!
oh! and another question, do you only walk for an hour and walk up 10 flights of stairs, or are there any more workouts in there?
ah! tell me everything! haha

Wonderful pics, very inspiring! I hope someday I'll also be able to post my before and after pics. Right now, I only have the before. I'm now trying to lose the last 15 lbs (from 180, I'm now 145). I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, fish and chicken during weekdays. I allow myself to eat red meat during weekends but I plan to totally cut that out from my diet someday. My weakness is sweets, still struggling to control my sweet tooth. Haven't found the solution to that yet. Any suggestions?
