Will I gain back the weight I lost?
The answer is simple. It is really up to you.
Maintenance of weight loss depends on lifestyle change.
Most people are overjoyed by what they lost during a weight loss program and are determined not to regain that weight. If you
reintroduce your now clean, lean, youthful body back to the empty,
dead, processed and junk food lifestyle you once lived, then yes, the
weight will happily come back. There is no quick fix solution. The key is maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Losing weight is different for everyone, maintaining your weight loss is a huge challenge for everyone who has lost weight.
As StayHealthy2009 says above, it is a lifestyle change. Changing a bad habit into a healthy habit, it's a lifetime commitment.
A lot depends on how you lose your weight as to how you maintain your weight loss. If you can lose weight just by eating healthier and lowering your portion sizes along with regular exercise, you should be able to maintain your weight the same way. You will find that once you get use to the smaller portions, you will feel full faster. Once you begin exercising and make it a part of your life, you will not want to give it up because you not only feel better, but you look better too.
But, if you go back to your old eating habits, you will end up right back where you began.

Hi All,
One of the biggest issue after weight loss surgery is its maintenance. What I feel is that it because of the improper post-operation diet.
Well I request someone to tell about post-operative diet.
Thanks

I believe the only way that you can lose weight and
maintain it is by making a change in your lifestyle.
That is why I believe crash dieting is really bad. You
have to take on a diet that you can maintain for the rest
of your life; the same goes for your workout regimen.
There are a lot of good programs that teach you this.
You can go visit my
Fat loss made
Easy blog where I have a lot of tips that can help
you keep those pounds off forever.
A diet I recommend
?kw=HWFORUM">The Every Other Day Diet which allows
you to eat your favorite foods every other day at
specific times.
For a workout program I recommend
rialoffer.php?kw=HWFORUM">Turbulence Training which
has pretty simple exercises that require very little
equipment.
Hope you can keep the weight off

If the weight loss was achieved by a lifestyle change and took place over time your chance to maintain the weight loss is much greater. However, if the weight was lost in a hurry or by following a fad diet and extreme exercise like on the Biggest Loser the rebound will be severe.
A slow and steady life style change is the way to go. Remember that metabolism drops 4% per decade of age so we also have to compensate for that.

Yes, really the fear of weight again is always in mind.
When you go on a diet and eat a
reduced amount of food your metabolism slows right losing and you can in fact
change your health and body. That way I’m choosing bang way to lose weight
without cutting any food and follow dieting. Lacking dieting I can reach weight
loss and fat loss by using Hoodia diet pills. Diet pills make easy in weight
loss and for fat loss without dieting and in a healthy way use these pills for
weight loss and to maintain weight. Hoodia Diet pills make up
you lose weight lacking diet but in natural and safe method.

Well done - looks like you are doing a fantastic job at losing the
weight. To help keep it off make sureyou are not only focussing on your
excercise efforts but also on proper healthy eating. As long as you are
covering all basis by heating healthy as well as the excercise I am

It really depends on how you lost the weight. If you did with a quick fix (diet pills, detox diets, or any trendy diet), then more than likely, once you stop the 'quick fix', the weight will come back and then some. This is not a recommended method for weight loss, it plays havoc with your body physiologically.

If you've lost the weight by exercise and healthy supportive nutrition, then maintaining it will be quite easy. By this point, the nutritional changes you made during your program have now become habit and part of your lifestyle, therefore, continue eating clean. Exercise during the maintenance stage, still needs to be consistant but not as intense. It's all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which includes regular exercise and a clean supportive diet, and this should continue for as long as physically possible. Along the way, you will continue to fine-tune your nutrition and exercise regime which will keep you fit and trim.

In good health, fitBodyCoach Personal Fitness Solutions

I would always prefer to lose weight with the help of good diet and proper exercises.. I believe that taking pills is not good for health and it is really very harmful..
Maintaining weight after it is reduced is easier if you have lost you weight through good diet and exercises than through pills..

All true. Going like 5 times a week for 2 months is good, but you got to look at the bigger picture. You have to keep this up for years, so why not decrease it to 3 times and prolong the time you do it for?

The best way to keep the weight off is to continue eating healthy and
working out. I don't think taking any kind of weight loss pills is a good idea.
Just keep feeding yourself healthy, nutritious food and continue to exercise
regularly! I found some great long term weight loss tips here: a.

try them out and let me know!
Good luck
