Hi guys,
lately I've been doing some pilates to try to tone-up and
burn some extra calories. Its a great system (although
classes can be expensive).
Just recently I bought a pilates magic circle (aka
pilates ring) which is a flexible metal ring that you
compress between legs/arms for some extra resistance.
I've seen some really amazing results from this thing! If
you only have a few minutes a day to work out, but you
dont want something really high-impact, the pilates magic
circle is a great tool .

If you have a little money to spend (its only like $50
for a good one), id really recommend it! I lost like 2
pounds recently just doing my normal pilates routine with
the magic circle!
