I am hoping to receive and provide support by way of this forum. I lost 35 pounds 5 years ago on Sureslim, a program based on good eating habits and portions. That was great. I had mostly been slim throughout my life until midlife.
Now at 58, I have gained 40 pounds in the last 2 years. Mostly due to difficult life events.
I am hoping to get back to healthy living. I am bored by the Sureslim diet however, especially when it comes to breakfast.
My downfall is sweets and drinking wine at the end of the day. Because I suffer from insomnia, midnight snacking is also a problem.
Any ideas are welcome!! I want to start keeping track of my progress.
