Of course with fitness brings weight loss and fat reduction but only if you have a balanced healthy diet. Weight loss however should not be the only reason why you embark on a fitness goal. Make it part of your lifestyle, so that it is something you do whether you are happy, sad, or tired.

Fitness should be a key component in anybody's life simply for the fact that it makes you feel better. It is recommended that you get 30 minutes a day by most experts standards. But in my opinion you should do at least 40- 60 minutes of exercise a day.

Fitness is not rude and heavy sport it is very pleasant way to spend your time not only doing nothing but also making your body more beautiful and healthier. To be a star is not a forbidden. Every person can have a wonderful body and this fact permits to look very attractive to the opposite sex.

It isn't less important for both women and men. Everybody likes to attract positive attention. So fitness exercises allow you to become an interesting human. Moreover, fitness equipment is made of good sport materials and are available for every man.

Fitness is important in many aspects of life. It is the key to good health, which affects how you live your life. It also comes useful in many other ways in life.

Fitness is the key to good health. Along with eating healthy, exercising every day can keep your body fit and reduce your chances of heart attack or stroke. A healthy body also usually means a longer and more enjoyable life, without worrying about obesity-related and other illnesses, like diabetes and asthma (especially after retirement), and can make you feel younger and more active.

My son is almost 10 years old and he has joined the fitness club in his school. Although he always has been an active boy, I am noticing the change in him since he joined the fitness club. He is stronger now than he was even 6 months ago and he absolutely loves the routines.
