I like the graphics. Good exercises, now you need to add one of running and dieting. As you know, you have to burn more calories than you consume to lose fat.

That is the simplest work out that I saw. But one thing I would like to know is what is the best exercise in achieving a wider hips. Achieving it makes my body perfect in shape i think. :)

wow really cool graphics but I would agree with Ultimatehlth you have to lose weight over entire body, where is the first place you noticed someone weight lost usually it is in their face first so diet and cardio as well

Wow thats all it takes to have awesone legs! But all jokes aside it takes A LOT MORE than that to achieve a great lower body... effective cardio, proper diet and of course proper resistance training.

I must say. The animation is funny. The exercise is also good. Have tried
these exercises myself. Has to be part of a daily workout for the daily log.

It's a really a good for all who had a pain in them legs they do this exercise everyday it help them and they relief their pain it really a good and you do at home here a picture of that
