I am 5f 8 and 172 pound at the start today.

i wanna lose 2 pound a week hopefully this forum weekly weigh in will work fingers crossed.

so the weigh in was today lost 2 pound so i am on track been running on tread mill so must be working even though i hate it. ha ha xx
