Personally, I think our bodies are designed to be active. Just look at little
kids, they have fun moving. You don't necessarily have to go to the gym,
but then you should find something else to challenge your muscles, which
can be tough. There are also lot's of other fun exercises you can do. Bike,
swim etc. Don't think of loosing weight as going on a diet, think of it as
eating healthy... fueling your body.
Ask someone, who looks fit and healthy what they do, you'll find out they
have a physical job or they like to do some sort or physical activity.

What's your age and how much do you want to loose?

Absolutely right... Loosing weight doesn't mean that you have to go on diet.. As per my point of view, a good way to loosing weight is burning your calories by doing exercises. there are so many exercises that one can do easily.. Walking, swimming, bike riding and many more...

Intake of wine and chocolate can really help you in weight loss , it worked absolutely fine with me.Actually by eating less , one will gain weight instead of loosing, so its very important to maintain a proper diet.

Dark chocolates are really good intoxicants. Wine, however,
is not good for asthmatic. I know of some people who get
into asthma attacks every time they drink wine.

I personally love dark chocolates. :)

I am just now controlling my intake of dark chocolates. I know that having a balanced diet is the best way to lose weight, partnered with a good exercise regimen.

Losing weight is not an overnight process. All you have to do is be motivated and keep in mind to never over deprived yourself. Like sometimes, when I feel like having some dark chocolates for lunch, I'll go for it. :)

Dark chocolate truffles are the best. I am starting to
muster on how to make ones.

You're absolutely right. There are a number of studies that have linked cocoa and dark chocolate with numerous health benefits. The darker chocolate with the most concentrated cocoa are proven as the most beneficial for human health. Flavonoids are the antioxidants in chocolate. Studies have revealed that flavonoids slow the processing of "bad" LDL cholesterol into material that clogs the arteries, and at the same time make blood platelets less likely to clump and cause clots.

We own an Italian deli and specialty food market and I do the buying for the store.  It is amazing how much dark chocolate sells compared to milk chocolate. We also sold organic dark chocolate a bunch!  They were like really expensive & sold like crazy.  It is healthy but like the saying goes - too much of anything is not good for you.  Here are some good brands to look for.  They are kinda hard to find but worth running into.  Ive even seen them at Target sometimes!

Choccolove, Lindt, Choccolove, Dagoba, Ghirardelli, Tobelrone, Green & Black and I cant think right now of any more.  They are all labeled by the percentage of cocoa in them, like some are 65%, the higher the number, the darker the chocolate.  They also make incredible combos of chocolate with other ingredients.  Here are some examples and its all true - lavendar, chilis, roseberries, raspberry & oranges.  The wold of chocolate beyond Hershey!  Try Lindt Lindor Balls - Dark chocolate is the red wrapper......hint, hint.

I am currently 21, and my goal is to reduce my body fat
percentage and get completely ripped up, almost at my
wanted position, but it takes high motivation to get to
your goal.

I remember a friend who is so depress that she take
comfort to dark chocolates. It seems very effective on
her. Therefore, one should not downplay that chocolates
are just fats because it is also good for the heart.

I found an interesting article about eating chocolate when you are dieting. It is here:
chocolate and dieting. It says about health benefits of chocolate and why you don't need to combine chocolate with  milk. It's amazing! I didn't know about it. I will definitely use those advice in my diet.

I love chocolate very much. Four basic types of chocolate are available in the market

- Couverture Chocolate
- White Chocolates
- Milk Chocolates
- Dark Chocolates

I agree wholeheartedly.  In fact, I would say that "going on a diet" is almost always a horrible idea.  The vast majority of people who are "on a diet" make very little progress.

Just think about how many people you know who are on a diet - probably tons.  However, almost none of them probably look any different from when they started, and they are probably always looking for something new (unsucessfully).

Then think about the people you know who make healthy eating and exercising a lifestyle, habits they would never think of breaking.  They tend to be very fit!  And if they aren't, they are well on their way there.  I started making real progress once I resolutely chose to ignore any and all "diets" and just figure out how to eat long-term.

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum but I thought that since I love the chocolate I'd post on this one first!?!

I heard that there are certain diets that eating certain chocolate is no problem at all... I think the GI diet allows you do this?!

Not really, Acne is causes by poisoning, from makeup, foods, and products unknown and hormone's changing.

The secret is to keep face clean and OIL-free. Too much of a good thing, trying on products after products, that are FOR acne, sometimes make problem worst. The expression 'less is best', really is true here.

I get one tiny zit a month or none. If I'm putting more moisturizer in a certain area of my face that's when the zit comes in. I don't have a very dry skin (not exposed to sun, for one thing) don't use hot water for cleaning, and frequently either. I take a shower using bath & body wash like Suave but any gel works too, using washcloth, treating my face like the rest of my skin works. I also don't use liquid foundation or blush. So that helps.

Eating a lot of fried foods, or junk does, but since I don't anyway, I don't know if it's a myth but I DO EAT lots of fresh fruits & veggies. Anything you eat, helps clear out the fatty things from your body.
