Hi, I just joined in hopes to lose the 25 pounds I packed on. I lost 53 pounds using WW about 3 years ago and half of it has come back on and I'm totally stuck. I had some issues and wasn't able to consistenlty workout for weight loss. I had surgery for that and am on no excercise for another 3 weeks. But I can't wait any longer. For some reason I can't get myself back on WW so I've decided to try something different. I've never counted calories before...it's all new to me. Any tips or advice would greatly appreciated.
