WOW, i can't even remember when it was that i was on this site last. i gained all the weight back due to a couple pregnancies but have lost quite a bit of it again....great to be back and looking forward to meeting some new people on a similar journey as i am on :-)

i hate yo yoing on my weight! ugh! but on the good side, i'm down another 2 pounds and have been doing really well with walking daily while the kids are in school....so i will just continue to be patient and watch that scale move in the right direction ;-)

Congratulations. It's also easier for me to do well while the kids are at school. You can do it.
