Grab 250g (small tub) of low fat or fat free (whichever your preference) plain yoghurt.
Mix in with it 1-2 tbs continental french onion soup. (bear creek dried onion soup, if in america.)
Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and voila! IF you don't let it sit long enough it tastes really salty and the onion bits are still hard instad of soft. LOL
Serve with your favourite vegie or cracker dipping tools.

Oh yum....dats me for snacks today ..tah kada..was wondering how to use up the rest of the non fat yoghurt...Im having a lean cuisine curry tonight and made some yoghurt mixed with tomatoe n cucumber to go with it..keep them ideas coming

mmm curry with yoghurt. My hubby make s wonderful aloo gobi from scratch AND the roti/chappatis to go with it. It's healthy and low in fat.
i sometimes make a cucumber raita to go with it :)
oh and i posted a tuna patties recipe in this forum too.
