I think its great to think of one of these quotes when you dont feel like exercising - or contemplating that block of chocolate   It realy spurs you on to succeed!!

If you want something you have to work for it,Nothing in life is free,It's hard,But it's true,Most things you work at are not fun,But there is always a reward of some kind,Usually,The harder you work,The better your prize is;Like sunset717 said: "Nothing tastes as good as slim is going to feel" In other words,The work may be hard but the result is well worth the work!  Keep it up,Find the best Motivation,Stick to it untill you succed,And do whatever it takes to keep your reward as long as you want or need it.
