Lamb with Ricotta and Herbs

Lamb with Ricotta and Herbs


  • 4 lean lamb steaks
  • 100gm low fat ricotta cheese
  • 3 teaspoons horseradish cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary


Combine cheese, horseradish cream, capers and rosemary in a small bowl.

Spread half the mixture over the steaks and grill for two minutes, turn steaks and spread remaining mixture over steaks and grill until steaks are tender. This simple yet delicious recipe can be served with vegetables and a large green salad.
